| Hino Motors establishes truck plant in Ontario, Canada |
|
Monday March 6, 2006 Hino Canada Inc.
Hino Motors Ltd. (“Hino”) has decided to establish a new plant in Ontario, Canada, for Hino Motors Sales Canada Ltd. (“HMSC”), a Hino overseas office, with the aim of realizing a full-scale expansion in its truck business. The plant will be its second base in North America for truck assembly following its earlier plant in California, USA.
Hino has thus far outsourced the assembly of trucks for the Canadian market, together with trucks for the U.S. market, to TABC, a local production business of Toyota Motor Corp. in California. However, it plans to shorten the delivery time to customers and reinforce its ability to respond to customer demands while also promoting a reduction in distribution costs by establishing the assembly base in Canada.
With the establishment of the plant in Canada, vehicle assembly will be added to HMSC business operations and the company will be renamed Hino Motors Canada, Ltd. (“HMC”).

Thursday July 6, 2006 lady bug drive for a cure.
On August 12th our entire family (including my wife Mary-Beth and our two daughters) well be landing in vancouver to begin a cross-country tour to raise awareness and funds about the battle that so many women are facing today.
Driving across the country in a "uniquely designed, one of a kind" Vokswagen beetle made of wrought iron, might seemlike a bazaar idea for some, but when I suggested it to my family they knew right away that we could pull it off. I have always been interested in cars and during my career as a mechanic and business owner I have spent my spare time restoring VW beetles for fun and recreation.
No matter where we go in our car it attracts attention and now we can use it to also bring attention to a very serious disease. All the funds we raise will go directly to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. We'll be journaling our experience on MySpace and speaking at a variety of places across Canada.
We are already amazed at the amount of people who have willingly provided their support ,time , and effort to help make this journey a success but we still need your help! If you believe you can give towards our cause in anyway please contact me today.
Together we can keep "bugging" and find a cure.
sincerely,
Brian Mentley
